Why am I good at what I do? My clients tell me its because I really listen. Whether you seek a wellness massage, attention to chronic pain, or had a recent soft tissue injury I will use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve relief of pain, change pain cycle and to assist your body in healing. Practicing since 1999. What to expect from your session: The first session involves filling out a health history along with your short and long term goals. After a hands on assessment I combine your goals and my assessment to determine your treatment plan. Whether for wellness of mind and body, chronic and re-occuring pain syndroms or for specific muscular/soft tissue injuries, sessions are aimed to meet each individual*s needs and goals within the set boundaries of massage therapy.
